System Capabilities

The 87-MS1 Pick and Place Feeding Station is a self-contained mechatronics workstation for teaching automated parts feeding, pick-and-place manipulation, and basic station-level sequencing.

It integrates an operator station, powered parts feeder, pneumatic pick-and-place manipulator, and finished parts storage module with sensors and electro-pneumatic control.

Operating Modes

Powered Parts Feeding

Feeds parts to the pick position using a powered feeder and sensor feedback.

Pneumatic Pick and Place

Pneumatic manipulator with vacuum grip for part transfer and placement.

Operator Station Control

Local controls for start, stop, and station interaction during training.

PLC-Based Sequencing

Station sequences and interlocks executed via PLC programs.
